A Club Festival Card is the Passport to a never ending Festival of Fun and Benefits. Signing up as Member entitles you to join the Free Rewards Program, where you will be rewarded with Benefits and Privileges, plus great Competitions, Promotions and Events.

Becoming a Club Festival Member is easy and it's Free! You can either sign up online or collect and complete a Club Festival registration form at the Club Festival Desk located in the Casino. You will be issued your personalised Club Festival Card immediately. Note that Positive ID is required to register.

Once registered, you receive a Red or Blue Card, which is the entry-level card. The next level is Gold and then the highest level, Platinum.

To be upgraded, you need to earn points by playing at the Tables or Slot Machines, using your card. You need to earn an average of 24 000 points per month, for 6 consecutive months, to be upgraded to Gold. You need to earn an average of 60 000 points per month, for 6 consecutive months to be upgraded to Platinum.

How to Earn Points

• Slots - Insert your Club Festival Card in the Slot Machine, leave it there for the duration of your play at the machine.
• Tables - Hand your Club Festival Card to the Supervisor at the Tables as you start playing.

1 Point is equal to 1 Cent, therefore 100 points is equal to R1-00. The value that you have to play to earn points differs between Tables and Slots.
